We recommend you leave consumables behind. In most countries, alcohol is subject to duties and taxes, and slows down the customs process.
Packing your own boxes will not save you money. Boxes that are Packed by Owner (PBO) are not allowed in international shipments.
Our partners use certified weight tickets/certified scales to weigh shipments.
Valuables, such as cash, stamp collections, coin collections, deeds/titles, jewelry, bullion or medications should not be included in your household goods shipment. We recommend that you take these items with you on the airplane.
No, we don’t offer this type of service.
Duties/taxes are determined by local agencies at the destination. We recommend that you contact the consulate for your destination country about your specific situation.
A customs inspection can happen as your shipment leaves the origin country and/or when your shipment arrives at destination. Most inspections are random and are ordered by governmental agencies.
You can appoint someone to receive your shipment at the destination; however, the owner of the goods will need to complete customs paperwork and must meet customs requirements.

No, Port Only shipments are not allowed on international shipments.
No, for safety and security, you cannot pack items inside your vehicle.
